The real fingerprint solution from log to final product

The full MiCROTEC Connect system is based on CT Log scanned logs. Through the integrated and innovative scanning and software solutions CT Log, Logeye, Goldeneye, Mill Manager, and the implemented MiCROTEC Ai platform, each log can be traced from virtual to real boards. Likewise, the individual boards can be traced back to their original logs without any gaps. MiCROTEC Connect is also available on a modular base.

Log fingerprint

Log fingerprint at saw infeed based on the density profile of the log recognized by a Logeye with X-rays.

Log matching

Geometric matching at carriage to achieve CT-based optimization with Logeye Stereo.

Board Fingerprint

Fingerprint from board to log in green and drymill is possible with Goldeneye transverse, Finscan, lineal Goldeneye and Lucidyne scanners.
