What happens at the Green, Dry & Planer mill
Our high-precision multi-sensor transverse quality Goldeneye & Finscan scanners are used in green and dry mills to grade and sort rough green & dry lumber. At the planer mill, the finished lumber is planed and sorted again using our Goldeneye and Lucidyne scanners. The Variosort Control Suite supervises this process, with additional inline components for added value.
